To do list
1. Stay in office neither more nor less than 12 hours: (7am to7pm- done!)
2. Take your breakfast and lunch from home (done!)
3. Resist not to go home to take a nap between 1 to 3:30 pm (done!)
4. Some physical activity like Pilates, Yoga, swimming or just 30 minutes walking (done!)
5. Have fruits (orange, grapefruit- done!)
6. No junk food (I had biscuits and chips. I am sorry. )
7. No beer (done!)
8. Eat dinner before 8 pm (7:30-done!)
9. Take shower at night (done!)
10. Work at least one hour on theoretical part of your thesis before sleep (hopefully I will do it after number 10)
11.Blog (I am doing it right now!)
12. sleep before mid-night.
12+1.Repeat it every day.
